Cancellation Policy
The $150 deposit is non-refundable. Cancel by September 23 for a full refund of your balance. After September 23, your balance becomes a credit toward a future event, less any non-recoverable venue costs.

Terms and Conditions
By submitting your $150 deposit, you agree to the following:

• Your deposit is non-refundable and locks in the retreat rate available on the date of purchase.
• You authorize the remaining balance to be charged automatically on September 14, 2026, to the same payment method.
• The BookCamp member discount of $100 will be applied to your balance (not your deposit), provided you are an active member in good standing on that date.
