I’ve helped hundreds of writers navigate these challenges and bring their books to life.
I’m a writer, speaker, editor, and writing coach with more than 20 years of experience in the publishing industry. Before launching my coaching and consulting business, I served in acquisitions and editorial leadership roles at Baker Books, a division of Baker Publishing Group.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with bestselling authors including Michael Hyatt, Jeff Goins, Caroline Leaf, Ernie Johnson Jr., Chip Ingram, Mary DeMuth, John Burke, Mark Batterson, and Phyllis Tickle.

My personalized one-on-one coaching program helps you overcome the challenges of writing and publishing to get your book into the world.Â
1.Complete a coaching survey & schedule your first session
After registering, you fill out a short survey and set up your first coaching call.
2. Reflection questions before each session
Two days before each call, I send questions to help you focus. Your answers set the agenda for our time together.
3. Monthly face-to-face coaching
We meet via video, and you get both video and audio recordings to revisit anytime.
4. Weekly accountability check-ins
I send a Monday morning email to track your progress and keep you on track.
5. Ongoing email support
You can email me with questions anytime, and I respond within two business days. You can also send me a reasonable amount of content for feedback.
6. Expert Introductions
I connect you with other writers, podcast hosts, copywriters, editors, and publishing experts to help grow your audience and strengthen your book’s reach.
