Your remaining balance will be automatically charged on September 29, 2025.
Discounts apply to the balance, not the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
The $150 deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is refundable if you cancel by October 8, 2025.
After October 8, your payment becomes a credit toward a future event.

Terms and Conditions
By submitting your $150 deposit, you agree to the following:
– Your deposit is non-refundable and locks in the retreat rate available on the date of purchase.
– You authorize the remaining balance to be charged automatically on September 29, 2025, to the same payment method.
– The BookCamp member discount of $100 will be applied to the balance due (not the deposit), as long as you are an active member in good standing on that date.
